Sussex produces some of the finest meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, wine, mead & much, much more. At The Cowdray we are very keen to use local fresh food and produce where ever possible.

Meet Alex & Andy Owen – the proud owners of The Cowdray, re-opened in February 2008 after an extensive refurbishment.

We should like to thank all our customers for their continued support and feedback. It has been tremendous.

And if you haven’t managed to visit us yet – you will find the atmosphere at The Cowdray relaxed, friendly and informal. We are passionate about providing a professional service for our customers.

 

 

 

Local Produce

We are working very hard building up our network of local suppliers – if you are a Sussex producer who shares our passion for keeping things local and promoting all things Sussex, please get in touch with Andy, our head chef andy@thecowdray.co.uk. We are always looking to source new produce.
