Where possible all of our ingredients have been sourced from the County of Sussex. In a few cases that has not been possible, however, over 98% of our produce comes from the Southern Counties. Just over 85% comes from within Sussex itself

ALL MEATS: Handcross Village Butchers, an established quality butcher sourcing all meats from local farms including Balcombe Estate
KD Catering Butchers, Bay Tree Farm, East Sussex sourcing from Tottingworth Farm, Brook House Farm and Saxon Farm
Last but not least we are very lucky to have Bowders Game Shop, owned/ run by Joyce and John Lewis in Balcombe, provide us with a fantastic range of game

FISH: Fish Network Seafoods Ltd is run by Peter Ellis, an ex Trawler Captain, who has traded for 25 yrs out of Newhaven, Brighton
His Company has the highest stamp of approval from the FSA…UK LW007FEEC

FRESH VEGETABLES AND SALADS: are all delivered daily by the Personal Catering Company and Wholesome Foodservice from Halcombe Farm
Some of the fresh market vegetables have been sourced from outside of Sussex but from within the South of England boundaries

BREADS: all of our breads are baked locally by Fellows of Ardingly. David Burn (Master Baker) and his Family have been baking high class breads since 1880

DAIRY: High Weald Dairy produces fantastic hand made Sussex cheese

Fred & Tony Cowling from Hove, Brighton. A Father & Son business, who have traded for 45 yrs in quality award winning Sussex cheeses
